This documentation and evidence handoff preserves the October 23–25 contribution sequences and the later native-history/odd-E8 investigation. The entry point links the completed results and the current continuation point. The stop decisions distinguish exact scoped results, finite searches, time limits, and unbuilt ideas.
No new kappa or complete supplier is claimed. The ten existing PRs were already merged by maintainers. All 77 package files match their submitted Git blobs in base
5e0052ca0aa3036a3afa8b0438927377c8d97d53; RETENTION.json records the heads and successful hosted runs. Their main-ledger status remains partially reviewed. The selected conditional kappa stays0.003027288235.The handoff also preserves the small E retained-history test. Exact rational spans reject the two negative targets after all retained values and all 76 one-axis queries are granted together. The changed spectral control recovers all four targets. This is a four-input, four-axis group-algebra fixture; it is not a result about the actual large caller or all physical decoders.
The unchanged source fixture comes from THU New Media Research Center's PR #5464, exact original file. The handoff separately records that PR's newer full120 construction and the remaining negative decoder. Credit for that work and for PR #5508 remains with their source authors. Earlier native, geometry, precision and parity-projector credit is retained at the linked results.
Python 3.12.13 and the standard library suffice. Run in a disposable copy because the screens write receipts:
