Change and mathematical scope

This scoped negative result rules out simultaneous necessary raw and tail funding for every nonnegative real signed-ABCD paid profile at exactly .0033 and .0033000005, with the original PR #5580 n18 caller and retained cutoff 17 / floor 18 / offset 1/5 / decay .97. The domain fixes rank mass 5915 and tag mass 3458 on ranks 1..6, with tag 6=2, p7=14, source helpers and every nonlocal coefficient unchanged. It includes signed reverse exchanges and arbitrary real pooling. No construction, new kappa, all-n or changed-route ceiling is claimed.

A rational Farkas separator covers the whole invariant plane. Raw feasibility requires local tail increase greater than 228.3675/228.3681, while an independent source-moment recount and explicit source-to-goal transport put available headroom below 140.0588/140.0589. All exact fractions and all six coefficient slacks are retained. Source $\gamma(C0)>.965$ is independently established; the author quote is not accepted as its proof.

Task and overlap

Publication base: 32890bc5de034ab8fc93ac88ead7279a6a416d04. Exact audited source: 6efa248cf456d6101d757e9d09ba29711d18a13a (PR5580). Task scalar-to-moment, scope changed to a joint funding obstruction after D opens raw possibility beyond the earlier A/B/C pooled raw ceiling (PR5577). A whole raw-profitable witness failing gamma would leave partial mixtures open; the invariant-plane dual closes that gap in this precise retained scope.

The newer PR5565 commuting-contact cascade at exact head 9af814164b9dfc21f19ec737959d67cb71488c95 claims conditional kappa .00308520, tested .0030852005, with 66,726 paid jobs and 12,814 productive fields. Its Stage A commutes four ADDs into the zero-dimensional chart; Stage B changes the scalar chronology and helper 531 from H8 to H9. Those changes leave this original PR #5580 fixed-helper invariant domain, so the obstruction does not transfer automatically. See its pinned claim, proof and result. The frozen exact-source obstruction remains scoped to the original PR #5580 bill and retained compiler parameters.

Frame optimization in 5575 and input/output basis work in 5125 remain separate constructive work; this package performs no physical contact or basis search. The retained 20:48:16 UTC snapshot is historical and is not presented as a latest family inventory or exhaustive novelty search.

Validation

The original frozen request affa58572a019b90640961b57c2f93934ca3dc623192565f44892b635e62c5ce passed once under 150 seconds / 512 MiB: complete normal/-O byte equality, zero scientific exclusions, 0.705559256 seconds, 50,593,792 bytes sampled peak descendant RSS. Scientific result SHA256: b6c70c4779a0e1648a965a15143af337fb78be0a82893e66eb9012e457cee036.

The certificate authenticates raw/derived source custody, the literal current compiler formulas and retained closure/callsite, reconstructs every source paid/target/query/idle/main coefficient, and reuses the credited qualified positive-C interval engine. Its finite fifth-root extension independently certifies $lo^5\le r\le hi^5$ for source ranks $\le145$. It reproduces the affine inverse, all rational dual endpoints, source slack and explicit headroom transport. There are 27 classified controls: 25 rejections and 2 required inconclusive weakened-gamma sensitivities. Labelled domain/sign/point sanities do not imply physical source validation or formal theorem acceptance.

The initial depth-two acquisition caused a shallow-history preflight stop; a filtered full-ancestry acquisition resolved it, without any scientific rerun or changed package bytes. Open next questions

See the package README and TASK.json. The smallest useful follow-up first names an explicit changed n, tail/compiler tuple, helper contract or primitive, then derives its complete moment bill. Independent human/formal review of the Farkas and analytic transport implication remains separate. A new physical candidate would need its complete native, ordinary, precision and compiler conjunction; this certificate supplies no constructive candidate.
