What and why
Replace site-specific values with RFC 2606/5737 example values in the diagnostics and operators page tests: the operator common name becomes
operator@example.organd the certificate serial uses the0A:BCfixture already used elsewhere in the suite. Test behavior is unchanged.Closes #111
