feat(console): SCEP challenge passwords on node detail - #189

Node detail now lists a managed node's usable SCEP challenges through the manager's ListNodeScepChallenges. An operator can mint a one-time challenge password (shown once, through the same ShownOnceSecret pattern an agent key uses) and revoke an unused challenge. Minting and revoking need operator level or above, the same gate NodeChainValidate uses; a viewer sees the list only. What and why
Node detail gains a SCEP challenge passwords panel, for operators and above: mint a one-time challenge password (shown once, with a copy button and a clear warning that it can't be shown again), list the active challenges, and revoke one. Viewers see the panel read-only.
The API client is regenerated against cryptos-manager main, which carries cryptos-manager#204.
How it was tested
Unit tests first for the lib layer and the component, with an accessibility check. Locally: lint, 730 console tests, the kit and client suites, the build and the release-bundle check all pass.
