feat(console): profile fields full width with common settings, Key usage and SANs as tabs

What and why

Closes #200. A certificate profile's page (for example a Code Signing profile) had narrow fields in one long running column. I widened the profile form to the full content area and split its top-level sections into full-width tabs using the kit's Tabs: Common settings (name, key algorithm, validity, subject, CA/path length), Key usage (the key usage and extended key usage checkbox groups) and SANs & extensions (the SAN fieldset and extra extensions). On narrow screens the tabs stack into a single column instead of a fixed three-across row. Behaviour and validation are unchanged; it's the same state and the same submit path, just regrouped.

Verification

• apps/console/src/components/profile-form.test.tsx: the Common settings tab is active by default and the other tabs' fields aren't in the tree until selected; clicking the Key usage tab reveals its checkboxes and hides Common settings; arrow-key navigation between tabs moves focus and selection the same way the kit's own Tabs test does.
• The existing save, lock-for-non-admin and axe tests for ProfileForm and ProfileDetailPage still pass unchanged, since the Name and Validity fields they exercise stay on the default tab.
• expectNoA11yViolations runs on every new and touched render.

How this was verified

CI is the proof here (lint, vitest, build); I didn't run a local build or test pass.
