Conversation
Replaces the placeholder MIT license with the Apache License 2.0 text used across the other CryptOS-PKI repos, adds NOTICE and AUTHORS, and injects the Apache 2.0 header into every source file via golic. README gets an Acknowledgements section crediting the original author. Signed-off-by: Bugs5382 <12115015+Bugs5382@users.noreply.github.com>

@testing-library/react declares it as a peer dependency; without it, the scaffold's placeholder test fails with 'Cannot find module @testing-library/dom' instead of running. Signed-off-by: Bugs5382 <12115015+Bugs5382@users.noreply.github.com>

What and why
I'm replacing the placeholder MIT scaffold license with the Apache License 2.0 text I use
across the other CryptOS-PKI repos, and crediting the original author the way the other repos
do, before I seed the real site on top of this.
author.
package.jsonlicensefield:MIT->Apache-2.0..golic.yaml/.licignore/Taskfile.yml/the GoLic workflow: switched from the MIT templateto the Apache 2.0 one, matching cryptos-web's golic config.
task license:fix; I also stripped aleftover MIT comment block golic left in place in each file (it doesn't recognize an MIT
header as "already licensed" when told to inject Apache 2.0).
License line.
package.json: added the missing@testing-library/domdev dependency.@testing-library/reactdeclares it as a peer dependency; without it the scaffold's placeholder test failed outright
(
Cannot find module '@testing-library/dom') rather than running. Unrelated to the licenseswitch, but it was the only thing standing between this PR and green CI.
Verification
How this was verified
task license(dry run) reports every file already carries the Apache 2.0 header and LICENSEis the verbatim text.
npm run lint, npm run typecheck, npm run build, npm testall pass.I'll add a closing comment summarizing what was done before this merges.
