Python API interrogation for https://api.tfl.gov.uk/

Find all bikes available at current time ina specific Bike point

1. Register under https://api.tfl.gov.uk to get APP id and key
2. via postman collect the ID bikes points: in https://api.tfl.gov.uk/ is available a set of GET URLS precooked
3. via requests lib we run the GET to a specific bike point (BikePoints_340)
