When sharing content on social media, the generated thumbnail displays a “403 Forbidden” message, even though the shared link is publicly accessible and can be opened by anyone.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a publicly accessible page.
2. Use the social media sharing option for that page.
3. Observe the thumbnail image.

Expected behavior

The social media share preview displays the correct public thumbnail or page preview image.
