Issue on health endpoint in SSR

Describe the bug

When accessing the page /app/health we get an ampty response:

Instead the page should display the json with the information about the app health.

To Reproduce

Reproduceable on https://demo.dspace.org/ or sandbox.dspace.org.
Navigate on https://demo.dspace.org/app/health and observe.

Expected behavior

Navigating on the health url should return the app health status.
