Describe the bug
When you are uploading a large SAF file to be imported, the UI doesn't give you immediate feedback that the upload is ongoing, other than the standard browser specific spinner usually on the top of the browser tab.
This can lead a user to click the import button multiple times
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Start an SAF import from the UI
- Check for a progress indicator or something that blocks you from initiating your action again.
Expected behavior
A user shouldn't be able to push the button again while an upload is ongoing.
Ideally, a user should be informed of the progress.

I could swear an issue like this was already reported/already existed (that I was possibly even involved in myself), but I searched and I couldn't find it anymore.
