Restoring a backup does not apply the profile selected in that backup

I have two profiles, with one for bypass, another one for redirect scenario. Profiles have different rules, different outbounds order etc.
repro steps:

1. switch to profile 1
2. take a backup b1
3. switch to profile 2
4. restore backup b1

expected: rules and outbounds are restored as they are defined in the profile 1
actual: rules and outbounds are NOT restored from profile 1 (despite the fact that profile 1 is shown as selected)- have to switch profiles back and forth in order to fix this.
