- Complete keyboard, assistive-technology, and cross-browser verification.
- Add project import with schema validation and conflict-safe ID remapping so JSON backups are fully round-trippable.
- Add chapter planning, explicit status, persistent ordering, drag-to-reorder, and accessible move controls.
- Add ordered scene cards within chapters after the chapter-board workflow has user-pilot evidence.
