Document the frontend AUTH_TOKEN_STORAGE setting
Explains why a new tab asks for sign-in and how to keep users signed in across tabs with AUTH_TOKEN_STORAGE=local on the frontend container. Pairs with DependencyTrack/frontend's "Allow keeping the session token in localStorage". Signed-off-by: Matt Finkel <finkel.matt@gmail.com>

### Keep users signed in across tabs
111+
112+
By default the frontend keeps the session token in the browser's `sessionStorage`, which belongs to a
113+
single tab: opening Dependency-Track in a new tab, or after restarting the browser, asks the user to
114+
sign in again. Set `AUTH_TOKEN_STORAGE: "local"` on the frontend container to keep the token in
115+
`localStorage` instead, so one sign-in covers every tab and survives a browser restart. The token still
116+
expires server-side after `dt.auth.session-timeout-ms`. Both storages are readable by scripts running on
117+
the page, so the choice is about convenience, not about protection from cross-site scripting.
