fix(registry): widen CALLS families for CUDA, ObjC, HTML (#1702)

Add CUDA and Objective-C to c_cpp_family, HTML to js_ts_family, and
skip suppression when the target extension is content-disambiguated
(.m, .cls, .inc, .cfc, .frm). Move pipeline #1572 integration test
to the external-specifier follow-up branch.
