chore(pkg): sync packaging metadata to v0.12.0 - #2652

Every packaging surface states the newest v-prefixed tag, as the version-metadata contract requires: the Chocolatey nuspec and installer (checksum re-pinned to the released windows-amd64 archive), the Go installer, the Nix flake, server.json, the npm and PyPI wrappers. The version-metadata contract tracks pkg/scoop as a release surface, and the first sync commit missed it: version, both download URLs and both Windows archive hashes, taken from the release's checksums.txt. Signed-off-by: Martin Vogel <martin.vogel.tech@gmail.com>

Post-release packaging sync for v0.12.0 (same pattern as #2220 for v0.11.0).
Every packaging surface now states v0.12.0: the Chocolatey nuspec and installer, the Go installer, the Nix flake,
server.json, and the npm and PyPI wrappers. The Chocolateychecksum64is re-pinned to the releasedcodebase-memory-mcp-windows-amd64.zip(0675af78…), taken from the release'schecksums.txt, whose 25 lines were verified against GitHub's asset digests.8 files, 12 lines, version strings and that one checksum only.
