WinForms Data Grid - How to create and populate an unbound column

This example demonstrates how to:

• Create an unbound column.
• Display the unbound column in the Grid Control (add the column to the View's Columns collection).
• Populate the unbound column with data (ColumnView.CustomUnboundColumnData).
• Cache unbound column values to allow users to edit cell values.
