What changed in this PR
Updates UniGetUI’s shared release-notes URL to the Devolutions change-history page, redirecting existing in-app and TUI consumers without changing their code.
Changes:
- Points
CoreData.ReleaseNotesUrlto the new change-history URL. - Updates the test expectation while retaining the assertion that
GetGitHubReleasePageUrl()uses the shared constant.

}…cked ToolbarSelectionStateTests deletes its temp folder about 15 ms after writing catalog.json. Another process (most likely an antivirus scan of the new file) sometimes still holds it, so Dispose threw an IOException and failed the test even though every assertion passed. That failed the .NET Tests check on this PR twice and 3 of 10 local full-assembly runs. Dispose now retries the delete for about a second and then leaves the temp folder behind rather than failing. 10 of 10 local runs pass. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The in-app Release notes page, the TUI help and main-window links, and
CoreData.GetGitHubReleasePageUrl()now open https://devolutions.net/data/UniGetUIChangeHistoryUpdate.htm instead of https://devolutions.net/unigetui/release-notes/. All of them read the singleCoreData.ReleaseNotesUrlconstant; its test is updated to match. The Chocolatey nuspec<releaseNotes>link is left on the existing page.Also merges main and makes
ToolbarSelectionStateTests(from #5614) retry its temp-folder cleanup: another process briefly held the freshly writtencatalog.json, soDisposethrew and failed .NET Tests on this PR twice (3/10 local runs; 10/10 pass with the retry).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
