## Design Decisions
- **Cursor pagination** over offset — performs better at scale, no skipped/duplicated items
- **Prefixed IDs** (`bkm_`, `col_`) — instantly identify resource type from any ID
- **Public collections via slug** — human-readable share URLs, no auth requiredReplace REST references with: "Design a GraphQL schema with queries, mutations, types, and subscriptions."
