Add Interview Prep Skill

Create a skill that acts as an interactive interview coach. Should support both behavioral (STAR method) and technical interview prep.

What it should do

• Conduct mock behavioral interviews using the STAR method
• Ask follow-up questions to improve weak answers
• Provide scoring and feedback on each answer
• Support role-specific question banks (SWE, PM, DevOps, Data)
• Help craft compelling "Tell me about yourself" openers

Acceptance Criteria

• Follows SKILL_TEMPLATE.md
• Interactive interview mode (skill asks questions, evaluates answers)
• At least 2 example interactions
• Scoring rubric explained in the skill
