[DARWIN] Fullscreen, when enabled, is not working properly

For some reason, the ElectronJS fullscreen is not working using the BaseWindow and WebContentsView strategy while updating the resize of the webContentsView using the BaseWindow resize event.

Only on MacOS.

Reported by my working account. As soon as I isolate the issue, I will report it to ElectronJS repository.
