[BUG] Dragged windows are in background

Describe the problem
When dragging windows they are hiding behind the other opened windows.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g.:

1. Go to random edition
2. Open three windows
3. Drag one of the windows around
4. See it disappear behind the others

Expected behavior
Dragged windows should remain in foreground.
