This PR substitutes the following endpoint calls with the appropriate call to the dts document endpoint

How Has This Been Tested?
export FE_BRANCH=202-ftr-use-dts-oriented-document-endpoint && export BE_BRANCH=develop && docker compose down --volumes --remove-orphans && docker compose build --no-cache && docker compose up -dNavigate different views in Edirom Online and check that everything looks good.
