Compatibility with Python-3.13

Python-future package is not compatible with Python 3.13 (PythonCharmers/python-future#640), and is no longer in active development (https://python-future.org/overview.html#status). Is this dependency really needed by coq_jupyter?

Most likely no. This was used back when Python 2 was still supported. I will review and cleanup this within week or two. Thanks for letting me know.

Hi, I'd also like to see this updated. This is causing coq_jupyter to be broken in Nixpkgs currently, as the default Python there is 3.13. Any chance a fix is coming soon?

Shouldnt this be enough:

raise_with_traceback(CoqtopError("Cause: {}".format(repr(e))))

to

raise CoqtopError("Cause: {}".format(repr(e))).with_traceback()
