            <p class="extra_para">Welcome to Classpass Technologies LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and
                Conditions
                (“Terms”) govern your
                access to and use of our software platform, website, and related services (collectively, the
                “Platform”). By accessing
                or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you
                must discontinue
                your use of the Platform immediately.

                    copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited,
                    non-exclusive, non-transferable,
                    revocable license to access and use the Content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not
                    reproduce, distribute,
                    create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit the Content for commercial purposes without
                    express written
                    permission from us.

                <p class="extra_para">By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

                    <li class="extra_li">- You will maintain the security of your account, and you are responsible for

                    Our services are available on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or annual billing.
                    Subscription fees may be
                    modified, and any changes will apply to the next billing cycle. Users may cancel their subscriptions
                    at any time through
                    their account dashboard, but refunds will not be provided for any previously paid periods. Payments
                    are processed
                    through third-party providers, and you agree to provide accurate payment information. Any disputes
                    regarding payments
                    should be addressed directly with our support team.

                <h2 class="extra_h2">Subscription and Auto-Renewal</h2>
                <p class="extra_para">Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you

                    subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees

                    change, but your rate will remain unchanged for the duration of your subscription term. For changes

                    plans or cancellation, please refer to the account management section of the Platform.

                    accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the Platform and will not be
                    liable for any errors
                    or omissions in the information provided.

                <p class="extra_para">In no event shall Classpass Technologies LLC or its affiliates be liable for any
                    direct, indirect, incidental, special,

                    use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such
                    damages. Our total
                    liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall
                    not exceed the
                    amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

                    other right of any person or entity.

                    property rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
