I'm using the foxy-fw-v0.5.1 and running diffbot launch file
Not sure why I'm getting this error.

ros2_control_demos packages are restructured. We haven't updated the demos for this. You can try the old commit 1007b1dfe44f4146e64b04666a1164adeaf8ffa1 of ros2_control_demos.
