Implement translations and Crowdin for the whole site

• Add all existing strings to a base English JSON.
• Set up translation with Nuxt (can be done using https://i18n.nuxtjs.org and some code that runs on build that generates one big object with all translations, similar to how pack pages are generated)
• Set up Crowdin
