Record ECP-7 Batch 22 sender-only replay

Summary

• add explicit receiver-parameter gradient routing for hard-meaning replay
• change only the Batch 21 replay branch to sender-only gradients
• run sealed seed-11 positive-control and intervention development arms
• record the valid negative result, compact artifact hashes, and justified Batch 23 direction

Result

Batch 22 reduced the all-link error pool from 1,745 to 1,513 at selection, but increased the any-link pool from Batch 21's 2,755 to 3,197. It reached 83.68% train, 83.51% mean validation, 82.32% worst-link validation, and 83.59% universal-translator validation. Sender-only routing breaks shared errors into link-specific fragmentation; train thresholds and sender injectivity still fail. The ECP-7 confirmatory split remains sealed.

Verification

• 114 passed
• replay-only loss yields sender gradients and no receiver-parameter gradients
• ordinary-task receiver gradients remain active

• both post-hoc analyses match 65 artifact hashes
