blog: move the connect steps to the end, and give coming soon its own section
The picker was interrupting the argument halfway through to offer setup steps to a reader who had not yet been told what they were granting. It now closes the post, after the starter prompts, and the point where it used to sit links down to it instead. The connector-directory news becomes its own Coming soon section in a note, rather than a closing sentence on The conversation with IT, which is what Joyce asked for on the doc. ::note is the existing callout markup and already renders in blog posts via ::product-update-note; the handbook's guide still points blog pages at the 11ty {% note %} shortcode, which no post has used since the Nuxt migration took src/blog/**/*.md away from eleventy.

It's one address. Everyone still signs in with their own FlowFuse account, and still chooses their own scopes, so nobody inherits anyone else's access. Nothing about it makes FlowFuse a new data processor for your organisation.
