Basic prompt different results

I prompted it to create a quick 5 page story about Ken from Street Fighter and it's origins. The output productivity_note.txt. Nothing close to what i was asking. Anyone else having this issue?

My LLM is Ollama Qwen2.5.
Python Ver: 3.13.1
