Return an empty transparent image for empty content instead of an error.
Updated aztec_empty_input_returns_error test to return a 1x1 transparent image for empty input instead of an error. Modified QR code test to reflect similar behavior.
Change default pixel size from 1x1 to 0x0 for empty content.
Update Aztec and DataMatrix tests to handle empty input correctly.

Suppress the error for empty QR codes or Aztec codes.
This is similar to the behaviour of a Zebra printer.
