Good work! Just look at the one comment I left. No worries about the failed deploy, I'll set the env vars for production

Resolves #94
Updates User schema to include settings and notifications. Added simple notification toggle to profile page. Set up a Netlify function to run at 7 AM every day for opted in users. Added email notifications for students and drivers.
