Currently, it is difficult for Yvette to track the lifecycle of a partner request once it moves toward fulfillment. We need a centralized "Requests" page that provides visibility into what has been promised, what has been sent, and what is still outstanding.
Frontend Requirements
Navigation: Add a "Requests" link in the left nav bar on the home page under the Donor Offers link
**Note: Make sure you differentiate this from the Requests page on the partner side
Page Structure: Mirror the Distributions page architecture:
Top-level tabs for switching between views
A table on each tab with the filtering available
Tabs:
Current Requests: Display all of the current/ active requests. This the aggregation of all of the requests that are shown on all of the partner pages
Past Partner Requests: Archive of fully completed fulfillments, i.e. any requests that have been fulfilled or dropped.
Tables
The tables must follow a specific nested grouping to make the data easily scannable. We want to group by time, then partner, then items. The tables should have the following columns:
Column
Description
Partner Name
The requesting organization.
Date Fulfilled/ Dropped
The timestamp of the sign-off/ when it was dropped (Only for Past Requests Table)
Item Requested
Title of the item.
Quantity Requested
The original amount asked for.
Quantity Fulfilled
How much has actually been sent/allocated. (Only for Past Requests Table)
For the filtering, ensure there is a working date filter, as well as a filter by Partner Name. Reference the Partner Name and Date filters in Distributions.
