When I reload the website locally, older attachments don't come up until I scroll up. Not 100% sure what the fix is for this, but if you can look into it. Everything else within the suggested should fix the issues in the image above |

Explain what your code changes:
Adds an "Attachments" button next to the Open/Closed status pill in the support ticket chat header. Clicking it opens a small popup listing every file shared in that ticket — thumbnail for images, generic file icon otherwise, filename, and a link to open it. It's frontend-only, just reading attachments off the messages Stream Chat already gives us, and it filters out anything from a deleted message so the list stays accurate.
List the steps you took to test your code:
Ran tsc and eslint clean and then did a full production build. Manually tested in the browser: I created a test ticket, sent both an image and a regular file as attachments, confirmed the button shows up and the panel lists both correctly with working links, then deleted one of the messages and confirmed its attachment dropped out of the list without a refresh.
