E2E Test Utils #124

Intro

We need a few helper functions for our end-to-end tests.

Acceptance Criteria

• Write a function that can be called inside an E2E test to check if a page redirects all non-authenticated users. Users with pending join requests should be redirected to the /joinrequeststatus page. Users that are not logged in should be redirected to /login.
• Write a function that checks that non-logged-in users are redirected, but allows users with pending join requests.
• Write a function that checks that, in addition to unapproved and unauthenticated users, non-admins are redirected. Non-admins should be redirected to /.
• Write a function that checks that no users are redirected.
• Update the E2E tests to use the new functions.
