Setting a Workshop map as the starting map before the server has downloaded it makes the server abort at LoadMap. Starting on a stock map first lets it fetch the Workshop items.

Description
Adds a note to the Killing Floor 2 Workshop section: start the server on a stock map first, so it can download its Workshop items, before setting a Workshop map as the starting map.
Testing for GameServerManagers/LinuxGSM#5108 on a fresh kf2server install (server build 10897) showed that the server creates
KFGame/Cacheitself and loads Workshop maps from it without problems. The crash only happens when a Workshop map is the starting map before the server has downloaded it: the server aborts atLoadMap. Starting on a stock map first avoids it. That PR was reverted in favour of documenting this.Documents existing behaviour, no LinuxGSM code change needed.
