Delete the registered device before removing the lobby client.
CallLobbyViewModel.signOut() calls StreamVideo.removeClient() without calling deleteDevice(). removeClient() invokes StreamVideoClient.cleanup(), which does not clear DeviceTokenStorage. On the next login, createDevice() can skip POST /video/devices when the new device equals the stale cached device. The new user can then miss push notifications.

We will not do this in this PR. This pull request only removes deprecated methods. Calling deleteDevice() on lobby sign-out is a behavior change, because the old logOut() only cleared the local token cache and did not delete the server device. We will handle that sign-out cleanup in a separate PR.

@PratimMallick Understood. The old logOut() only cleared the local token cache. My proposed deleteDevice() call would also delete the server-side device, so it is not an equivalent replacement.
I accept deferring sign-out cleanup to a separate PR. Would you like me to open a GitHub issue to track that work?

Closes AND-1705 — drop the deprecated public APIs still left after AND-1663.
Implementation
StreamVideo.logOut(). Demo sign-out already callsdeleteDevice()andStreamVideo.removeClient().Call.subscribe(). Callers usesubscribeFor()or theeventsflow.CallState.livestream.LivestreamRendererfollows the first participant whose video is enabled.AudioCallContentcomposable. The call-activity hook of the same name now rendersAudioOnlyCallContent.Sounds,ringingConfig(), andtoSounds()withringingConfigandmutedRingingConfigonStreamVideoBuilder.StreamCallActivity.configurationand the protectedconfig. The activity keeps a private copy loaded from the intent and still publishesconfigurationMap.RtcMapperstill writes them.Testing
