Click on the "Deploy to Heroku" button on the link above. The first deployment is successful, but from which screen can I deploy a new version of the github release?

I am building an electron app with vue-cli-electron-builder.
I can automatically release to github when I build with AutoUpdater, but I don't know how to deploy that release to heroku.
