   The Judge layer (kspike-judge) and the KHZ_Q balancer (kspike-khz) are
   structural safeguards. A derivative work may extend them; it may NOT
   remove, weaken, or bypass them while still calling itself "KSpike" or
   any reasonably similar name.

3. HONESTY OF LIMITATIONS
   The epistemic humility layer (`kspike_core::humility`) must be preserved
   in any derivative. Derivatives may add limits; they may not conceal
   them. Claims of "perfect" or "flawless" operation are forbidden.

4. EVIDENCE LEDGER INTEGRITY
   The evidence ledger (append-only, hash-chained, signed) may be extended
   with richer formats but may not be disabled by default, rendered
   unverifiable, or used to create plausibly-deniable "silent" execution
   paths.

5. ATTRIBUTION
   The above copyright notice, this license, and the principles in §1–§4
   shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

6. DISCLAIMER
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
