BSON Version Conflicts with Newer Mongo Drivers

We use apollo 3 and don't plan to upgrade any time in the near future. But, we are continuously upgrading our mongodb library. With that comes updates to the bson package. It looks like this library has a hard dependency on bson@4.x this breaks when you upgrade your mongodb library to the latest version 6.x because mongodb imports the latest version of bson.

My recommended fix: Move the bson package to being a peer-dependency and allow the user to specify their own bson version.

I second that recommendation.
I'm encountering this similar situation where I've upgraded mongoose to 8.x and it uses bson 6.x but bson version 5.x was expected from apollo-datasource-mongodb.
