AgentBridge is not limited to answering when you ask. It can also plan work ahead and carry it out on its own, following the real needs of your business. Tell it what matters, and it remembers deadlines, decides when it is time to act, and handles recurring duties on a regular schedule — day after day, without anyone having to ask twice.
Anything that happens on a rhythm can become a scheduled task: a weekly report, a daily check of some data, a follow-up message at the right moment. The assistant plans the work, carries it out automatically, and records the outcome, so you always know what was done and when.
Because the assistant lives in a program that stays on, it can act even when nobody is at the computer. You set the commitment in a normal conversation, and from then on the assistant keeps its own calendar, starting each task when its time comes and reporting back the results.
Scheduling is a conversation, not a configuration file. You simply tell the assistant what to do and by when, and you can change or cancel it at any moment. The assistant uses the same safe set of tools as in every other conversation, so a scheduled task never does anything you would not let it do in chat.
The next guide covers one of the most creative things the assistant does: producing complete podcast episodes.
