Switch vector data to the new pool storage throughout the editor and nodes (#4733)
* Swap Vector storage to the point pool and rebuild the vector-types crate on it
* Port graphic types, rendering, and the outer node crates to pool storage
* Migrate legacy document vector data onto pool storage
* Bridge the editor onto pool storage with the VectorGeometry bundle
* Port the editor tools to the vector geometry bundle
* Show the point pool and paths directly in the Data panel
* Port the vector nodes to pool storage and bring the workspace green
* Cover the stored modification format with the demo artwork that leans on it
