New release

Could we have a release of fhir2 profiles? We haven't had one just yet.

ping @lmckenzi, it would be nice to have a stable point that we can reference. Is making a release something I can assist with?

@grahamegrieve A new release would probably fix the bug we're currently experiencing in non-English browsers that are not redirecting properly (we recently switched to this template for a Dutch IG; most users get an empty screen when going to the IG-home). Thank you!
