Hello,
I have some questions before purchasing the license.

1. The moment I buy the license, am I able to use it on multiple device at once or just always on one device or only the one used it first and then I just can use it on this device?
2. Is this app Open Source?
3. If I started a Podcast for example, does it remember my progress and starts it there or do I have to remember it always by myself?

1. Yes, you can use it on multiple devices without any issue.
2. Yes, has AGPL-3.0. (check here)
3. This question is tricky, the app does remember the last playback position but if you change the song the position is gone for that file. I have a Bookmarks feature planned to be added by the next month for audiobook listeners. Maybe that will help?

Another question, where can I download these files in which every information is included like which albums it belongs, the album picture, etc.

You mean downloading songs with complete metadata? Usually it is not possible nor do I have any source in mind. Most of the files you see are manually edited using tagger programs like MusicBrainz etc

So after long research I finally found something for free that includes most of the typical metadata like Spotify. It's a mobile app named YTDLnis and it's based on yt-dlp.
