The game pieces need no fasteners. Use a removable, non-slip method to keep the board and pickup-zone frames from moving on the work surface. Any tape, mat or fixture must remain outside the gripper path and must not change the board height enough to invalidate the trained reach geometry.
Materials are the validated visual/print configuration, not a requirement for editing the CAD. If colours or surface finish change, verify the top and wrist camera segmentation against representative dataset frames before motion.
