Grid row reordering sample removes dragged rows instead of reordering them

The Grid row reordering sample does not work correctly. When a row is dragged and dropped, it is removed from the grid instead of being reordered.

This behavior can be reproduced in the row reordering demo from the Grid Row Drag documentation.
