[Scoped Styles] Grid column data types sample keeps on resizing when there is horizontal scrollbar

**NOTE: You must run the sample from the simeonoff/scoped-styles branch**
Open `grid-column-data-types` sample and resize the window so that the grid has a horizontal scrollbar. 
The grid keep on resizing.
