Make sure that when someone installs the package, it is runable---need not be perfect, but should work!

Clarity of integration/reliance on TreeOfLife-toolbox:

• status at handoff (i.e., what does the data look like after this process)
  • use distributed-downloader portion of this comment
• explain that one switches to downloader tools to do x,y,z (very general, just a pointer)
