feat: rebuild the project website with HTML charts and two pages

- Redraw every paper figure as an inline SVG chart from
  data/figures.json and remove the PNG copies.
- Split the site into a home page and a full leaderboard page that
  share the head, nav and footer parts.
- Add an animated protocol figure: benchmark scale first, then one
  stream where serving scores feed the agent's memory and it infers
  the hidden policy.
- Default to the Journal theme; the other themes stay selectable
  with --theme.
- Open each page at its top so links between pages land on the
  page heading.
