**Contribution may be open. That doesn't mean it's free**

Grab your favorite mug and settle in for an unscripted, podcast-style conversation with Micaela Eller and David Spinks, author of The Business of Belonging, who will explore how connection creates community, community fuels collaboration, and collaboration inspires contribution. Together, they'll trade stories and share a few hot takes on the hard-won lessons about what makes people choose to show up, share what they know, and invest their time and energy in something bigger than themselves. So, expect candid conversation, practical insights, and a fresh perspective on what it really takes to build communities where people want to contribute, have the space to contribute, and feel like they belong when they do, especially as AI rapidly reshapes how we work, build, and collaborate.
