Addie (Chair) asked on Oct 20 to list the Program Delivery Manager role on the website, so resumes can start arriving while the board considers making the position permanent.

This adds an About > Vacancies page with the role, built from the board's job description doc, and a Vacancies entry under About in every language menu.
It follows how the Social Media and Communications Manager vacancy was added in 2025.
Applicants email a resume to info@innersourcecommons.org, the same address the 2025 vacancy used.

The Hugo build succeeds and renders /about/vacancies/.

Draft until Russell confirms the wording and the apply address.

List the Program Delivery Manager role under About, as the Social Media and Communications Manager vacancy was listed in 2025.
The board asked to open the role to all while it considers making the position permanent.
Applicants email a resume to info@innersourcecommons.org.
